What if Batman was a shinobi in the Naruto Universe?

I think he would be on a level of the 3 Legendary Sannin or an s-class.
With an I.Q. surpassing Shikamaru and I bet he can attain Sage mode like Jiraiya, he could be Hokage.
But He would refuse and let Wonder woman claim the Hokage job just like Jiraiya to Lady Tsunade.
He might want to focus on missions and training his Chunnin son Damian.
He also have a contract to bats, so he can summon ninja bats and giant warrior type bats.
That's why I think he would be called the Kuomori Seji or the Bat sage.
He wouldn't need a utility belt anymore since his summoning scroll is enough to bring everything from his batcave.

These are just some thoughts that I have every time I watch Naruto since I am a long time Batman fan since I was a kid.
I wonder what Sir Masashi Kishimoto would think of this.
