'Today is a colder day than usual. Fog begins to envelope the forest that i'm trekking through. I can begin to feel the droplet of rains from the leaves above me, didn't expect it to rain so soon. My umbrella always comes in handy at this time. Though it didn't help much with the mud and splashes that i have to face often in this kind of terrain.
And then i see this pathway. Lit up like cities in the distance, something out of a fairytale book.. A collection of small house like structures are laid out throughout the pathway with a faint glow from inside. I don't know why it's here nor what purpose does it serve... i think it is built a long time ago in order to pay respects to the passed.
In this chilling misty day, this pathway provides me with the warmth that i never knew i needed.'

I hope you enjoy this painting that i made along with the flavor text that comes along with it. This piece is inspired from many other religious culture of having small houses as a symbol of homes for the passing. Though i'm not gonna specify which ones. But adding a little bit more mystical tone to it rather than making it feel like a dead silent graveyard. Anyways as for me vacation is already here so i have the time in my life to focus on painting more things! I hope you folks are excited for it :)
