Well, given all their habits, none of them are exactly in peak health. Scout's got radiation poisoning from drinking Bonk, Soldier suffers from broken ankles and delusions of grandeur, Pyro's got asbestos poisoning from her suit, Demoman's liver is a lost cause, Heavy's got morbid obesity and probably severe hearing loss from his noisy gun, Engineer sawed his own hand off, Sniper's kidneys are the size of pumpkins, the Spy's got black lung, and the Medic... well, the Medic seems fine, though he does wear glasses.
of course! there must be a hybrid of hitler and skeletor under his mask!

I am... A little concerned about the Pyro's one. I mean, something clearly radioactive? Yeeks.
The Engie's one is something I can see being used in Tandum with the Pyro... Same with the Demoman. Booze and Oil are highly flammable.
