Once winter has come around, It was quite the cold and freezing temperature for such a small city, there was limited sources of heat which the city can share, but it was no match for the blizzard of snow...
However! Once the blue dragon strolled along to enjoy the fitting weather for him, he spots the city, being coated and overwhelmed by the cold weather. He thought, why not just help it out with a portion of his warmth in a "Special" way~ As he carefully placed one paw into the city, sliding some buildings between the claws and toes, providing warmth from his massive scalie foot. As well for the dragon, enjoing the blizzard flow around and over his paw, both the city and himself having a benefit for eachother~
