Free to use feline base! Please, read the rules below before downloading:

1) Do not remove my watermark from the base (you can move it if you want).
2) Credit me with an icon or a link to my gallery (DA or FA) or the base itself.
3) You can make add-ons and slight edits to the base. However, do not trace or redraw it.
4) You can make your OCs, free designs and sell adoptables for DA points or real currency. Auctions and YCHs are allowed too.
5) Do not sell the base itself. The base is free to use for everyone, don't scam people!

You will receive PSD file made in Photoshop CS6. Runs well in SAI too. I didn't tested other programs.
