Oh, cool. She's left-handed. 1 out of every 10 people are lucky enough to be left-handed and 1 out of every 10 left-handed people is a woman. I like that about her. (Do you get the idea that I just might possibly be left-handed? LOL)

Well, according to an article I read many years ago, about 1 out of every hundred people you meet will be a left-handed woman and one out of every 10 people you meet will be a left-handed man, although I'm sure those numbers are increasing since we've stopped forcing people to be right-handed when their brain says, "STOP! I'm left-handed."

Once upon a time (about 50 years or so ago), it was believed that you inherited which hand you used. I asked my mom about any left-handed relatives and she could only think of a great-uncle by marriage. Nope! I didn't inherit being left-handed. Then, I read that the hand you use predominantly is wired into your brain before you're born. That made more sense to me.
