Finished YCH for
quiqdraw , thank you very much!
Was rather nice to do a ych for once, being able to set the scene so to speak and find someone who wants to go along for the ride. I have been planning at least one other one but just couldn't execute on ideas at this point. Some i think are good ones are in there but just the sketches aren't the quality i'd like them to be. Oh well, we'll see!

Wow, the painting and colour here is gorgeous. I am in awe of the detail and effort you've put into this. The rustic colouring of the wheel, the beam of light highlighting the water, the two birds 'kissing' really are beautiful touches. I like the quality of design you've given the cowboy. The waistcoat, the oil fur, his learned expression make him an intriguing figure.
This picture is so tranquil and lovingly done, it is amazing😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't know why I never realized it until now, but your style reminds me of a blending of Naturalism and Impressionism. Your paintings are always so detailed and lively, and just like in impressionist paintings you can see "brushes" strokes. It's a delight for the eyes, I'm really fond of it ! Also the impression of perspective with the foreground is particularly successful :)
