PROTOCOL

1. An announcement will be made at 12pm EST every Sunday (unless taking time off) on Discord, FurAffinity, and Twitter. Those posts will contains the link to the form that you can fill out.

2. You'll receive a copy of your answers in your email. This is automated, so do not respond to it.

3. We will assess which commissions we will take. Within 12 hours of filling out the form, you will receive another email, letting you know whether you've been accepted or not.

3.5. If you've been accepted, you will get a quote. If the final price is accepted, you will receive an invoice afterward. Once the invoice is paid, work will begin.

4. A Work-In-Progress sketch will be sent to you via email. Here, you can ask for edits that pertain to composition. This will be the most freedom you'll have with edits.

5. After the first WIP is approved, you'll get a second WIP that is lined and shaded. Here, you may request edits on lines.

6. After the second WIP is approved, you'll get a completed draft. If all is good, it's done! If not, color corrections may be added.

7. Once you have your commission, you may post it as soon as you'd like.

This protocol still applies to Reference Sheets.

1. Have your idea solidified upon submission. We do not accept create-as-you-go commissions.

2. All prices are listed per character (except for background options).

3. Orders are hand-picked. Not first come, first serve.

4. You are not limited to one submission. You may submit as many as you want.

5. Reference Sheets will not be shaded.

6. Do not ask questions that have already been answered on this page.
