Okay, this zoo has a little hedge in the middle which includes no less than 100 guinea pigs. The sound alone is worth going for. (That is, if they are in the mood to all go off at once) its so.. sublime. I got this shot by sticking the camera in the little enclosure, i am very surprised it turned out like it did! So cute.. had to poke at least a few of them... no, did not eat. :p

Out of Austin, and out of civilization. my GPS officially went bonkers and let me know i was off the grid before I arrived. :) There were about 70 or so this time, actually, but they have had over 100, and are on their way there again, population fluctuates every few years. little dudes only live 3 or 4 years!
