Zander was sure his protege, Apollo, was ready for the big leagues, and a shot against Rasputin, on-again/off-again junior title holder would be what propelled the young lion to stardom. The two make for a good match, but Rasputin is more canny than he lets on, the experienced hyena catching Apollo with his signature strike.

With Zander watching, Rasputin decides to send the old veteran a message by manhandling and taunting the younger lion. While making pop references, no less! Apollo may be down, but he's not out yet!
