In addition to perhaps being sore losers, Drago and Berlio did insult Charlies personal hygiene and used a nickname that he obviously dislikes, so it's perhaps not really surprising that Charlie would think they were jerks. Though I imagine that they would perhaps have found another excuse to take the tickling up a notch.
Though I imagine for Berlio and Drago that tickling is more of a fun playful pastime, at least with each other considering Berlio's comment.
