This old parchment dates back to Nov. 2009, where I drew the lynx and (attempted) the owl. The other things were put where the pencil landed, can't remember dates.
I find man-face profiles to be far too easy, and head-on to be a challenge; trying to dissect shapes of a face in there.
The semi-circle majigger is what is attached the ends of the leather straps around my character Gnaish's arms and legs; they hang like pendulums and can either be gripped and used like knuckles or swing freely and knock into someone.

And in the bottom-left part is half of me writing the sentence with all letters in it, in both cursive and print, to try interpreting what my handwriting says to an analyst.
