and honestly humans/terrans never were really meant to play any major in my universe? so... They're there but in small numbers, mostly like either direct or decedents of, say, alien abductions or some such
as for the Ascendancys thoughts on said humans? no real strong opinion one way or another, even if humans tend to be mercenaries or bounty hunters
