Cytra is one of the dragon queens of the planet Gaia, and one of Volganir's sisters. the jewel of the desert, her magic is focused mostly on crystals, sand and light. using magic she can run at sound-breaking speeds! she loves to race and she enjoys baths with her kobolds. when her planet was ravaged by a plague, she and her sisters fled to the planet Valicia, where they live up to this day.
her title comes from how fast she moves! it also comes from her ability to illuminate any area she desires. she once provided light to an underground civilization, and they referred to her as The Light as a result.

Cytra's personality is prideful but reserved. she loves being told how pretty she is and she loves being the center of attention. the kobolds who serve her enjoy her company in return as she's very generous with them, though sometimes she leaves a sandy mess in her lair that they end up having to clean... Cytra loves gemstones, both to use for her power as well as just marveling at their beauty. finding raw gems and polishing them is just a hobby for her!
