It really does surprise me how little there is, considering how iconic he is in the furry community! Thankfully I recently completed a what-if fic where he's not rescued when captured in the movie, and must endure his bondage for much longer! Let me know if you want to see it!

To be honest, both their bindings joind under the chair, otherwise they could rise from their places and hop arround.^^
I make sure to draw the binding physically realistic and believable

It looks as though the Sherriff isn't taking any chances on the captives escaping with a proper job being done of their bindings. Unlike a certain rat I don't think either Robin or Stan are blessed with prehensile tails, so unless there's a rescue plan underway then they'll be here for quite a while or perhaps end up in an even more unpleasant bondage session on the rack or maybe some less painful but inventive torture depending on what their captor has in mind.
