This is a Pokeoc of mine, that I unfortunately have yet to think of a complete background for. I have the reference pic once again thanks to Sodiepawp, however it doesn't feel appropiate to post it yet without an actual backstory and a full grasp of his personality...because I'm a nerd that likes details like that.
However I did think of a few traits for him, one them them being friends with his odd Feraligatr bro Alan. Because he knew of Alan's tickle fetish, with a peek of curiousity himself, he allowed Alan to tickle him. "Be gentle" Norman said as this was his first time. Unfortunately for him, Alan got a whiff of the Gatr's black sheer socks that he happens to wear practically at all times. Fresh from the dapper dressed fellah's loafers no less. Needless to say, Alan's sensitive nose to the appetizing smell, and Norman's 'fragrant' socked feet themselves immediately put him into "Tickle Maniac Frenzy Mood." Poor Norman on the other hand, now regrets his decision. XD
