In another world Tokoyami was born into the Rito clan when the world was beset by a monstrous beast who drew power from the darkness. In this time and place, Tokoyami is still a fledgling hero, however now he has something worth fighting for, specifically the freedom his people had stolen from them by the corrupted beast, Divine Beast Vah Medoh, and the future which Calamity Ganon threatens with his ever looming presence.
Can Tokoyami do the impossible and defeat the Lord of Calamity in place of the Hero of Time and the fallen champion of the rito, or will he fall prey to the ever mounting darkness which is sealed behind a gleaming beacon of light shimmering within it?
