This was very well done by both of you. The only thing that's really different from the original is your part at the beginning. I don't know how she pulls it off, but it's a sung whisper and it adds a completely different feel to the song.
I can't imagine how that could possibly be recreated. Your voice fits very well with the louder portions, where the whispers go away, and makes it completely beautiful.
