This pandemic has taken so much from our everyday lives. Primarily non family group activities.

I was in a movie group of 7 friends who for the last 8 years would meet once a week to eat (often sushi) and talk (often politics) and then see a movie (often a good one). When it became too dangerous to be inside we watched movies outside, tailgating at a drive-in theater and later projecting it onto a pop-up screen in a friends back yard. Then, when it became too cold to be outside we simul-watched from our homes and texted comments to each other from smart phones.

This pic represents the first time back in our favorite theater and it shall be the full theater experience: a great film, the best seats and all the snacks. Carbs after all boost the experience. Now what movie will it be? Looks like it shall be Godzilla vs. Kong.
