Art Pricing

Cartoon style- $5 per sticker/meme, $20+ for multipaneled comic

Sketchwork/concept sketches- $20+$?? (based on complexity)

Inked linework- $15 for headshot, $30 for halfbody, $35 for fullbody

+50% for additional characters (unless it’s one of my own… then definitely < 50%)
+75% for flatcolor, or +100% for color with shading
+$10/20/30 for simple/detailed/painted background
+$??? For extensive details (loose term, includes alternate versions that are more complex)
My prices above are not a perfect tool to use for every commission, use the pricing list in order to get a good idea of what I'll likely charge for what you might be seeking, then talk it out with me!

>>"additional characters" is a broad term, and mainly refers to whole separate figures with their own distinct set of details. Things like inserts, closeups, and cutaway view alternate versions aren’t always the same thing! Sometimes a complicated commission idea needs to be pitched first.
>>backgrounds can be diverse! I aim to charge mostly by the hour, and making a decent painted, detailed background can be a challenge. I've painted an entire jungle from scratch before, but I've also taken screenshots in a videogame to make a really nice backdrop for a character that looked just as good.

TOS: Inquiring for a commission will put you on my queue if spots are available, but I don’t ask for payment until work on your piece has begun. I like to get a concept sketch in front of you before you have to pay, at least. Feedback as I work on a piece is important to me, and I would like to keep in touch throughout the creation process in some way.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request or requested change based on its subject matter, and to offer a refund (at my discretion) if payment has already been made. Some things are just strictly on my ‘no’ list due to personal tastes, but that list is small and how something is depicted is often more important than the general topic. Always ask if you have questions!
As the artist, I can:
-Post WIPs of any commission on my social media
-Decline any commission request based on the content requested, or for any reason
-Issue a refund and cancel a commission due to inappropriate behavior or lack of communication
-Display any completed commission works on my personal social media as advertisement. If you wish to keep your commission private, please let me know before I make it!
As the commissioner, you:
-Can repost your commission
-Can edit your commission without permission for personal use
-Cannot create prints or copies with intent to sell for a profit without explicit (usually written) permission
-Cannot claim the art as your own work and must clearly state edits you make
