--History--

Personal History: Coal was taught from an early age from his father that strength and dominance over those smaller than you is everything. He used this 'knowledge' to bully and dominate anyone smaller One of Coal's favorite targets growing up was Volt. As a young Charmeleon, he would pester the then-Pichu on a consistent basis, making Volt's life a living hell whenever they would cross paths. Coal would then be frustrated whenever his sister, Sunny, would come to Volt's aid. He just could never figure out what she saw in him, or why she would ignore their father's 'teachings'. It didn't help matters years later when both he and Volt evolved to thier final form, and Volt actually beat Coal in a match, and Sunny offically confessed her feelings for the Raichu. From there, he used his anger and hatred for Volt to fuel his training. Not too long after, he'd find love himself when he met a fellow Charizard, Cassandra. Their spars would eventually lead to them having a baby shiny Charmander, which they named Nitro.
