Album art for 
Renardv for a new EP he just put out, This Place Will Grow.
Wasn't in the original plans BUT I went ahead and gave it a little sketchy background thing for uploadin'. This was fun and relaxing to work on. I enjoy drawing in an lose, "edgy" style. And I mean edgy as in... I used a lot of straight line; there are few curves, haha. I believe he told me he wanted something dreamcast graffic-esque or early xbox so I immediately thought of Jet Set Radio, so that's kind of the art style I was aiming for.
OH and yeah, on the outfit: a little while ago I decided to design an alt outfit for Renard. I figured he needed something more "urban" looking that still had a bit of medical theme to it (the hoodie is actually near dress-length) and... I did not want to draw this hoodie ever again >8|
edit: OH AND the nifty typefacing in the top left was done by renardv, I just added it in here because it felt empty with out it

That's a really awesome outfit you've come up with, there. I'd wear that hoodie in 90+ degree weather, I would.
I love the sketchy look to this piece (I guess that's the point, right? He is drawing himself lol) it's simplistic and stylized, and it's cute (not in a d'awwwww, ain't that adorable sort of way, I dunno really how I mean it)

I'm another one for the "let's get some clothing like this" crowd. I'd be all over a shirt with him in this outfit on it, which I imagine would be easier than trying to replicate the outfit itself. Just watch, though, someone will make it sooner or later because the design is too awesome. Is that a bandaid on his hat? :D

I love the edgy style you gave it. And the color tones really compliment the edginess. The sketchy parts are awesome too. Haha, and I totally get that "I WANT THIS" feeling when I design clothes for some of my characters sometimes. BTW, yeah, THAT OUTFIT RULZ.

Oh yay you uploaded this~ I love this particular design for Renard it is adorable >W< Also do you ever plan on drawing Renard in this outfit again? Perhaps showing off the hoodie more? I have made this particular Renard design my next cosplay project. Again love the album art it's lovely as always~
Wooo, there it is! :D Been looking for this. I love that hoodie... Someone on Youtube left a comment saying it should be crafted and marketed... I sort of agree, but it would be sort of sad to see multiples of such an awesomely original design like that running around everywhere. lol

hey squeedgemonster i was wondering if it was ok for me to use this photo for a arts festival even at my school that im going to be in its going to be chalk art so its not as easy with a pencil and paper but me and two of my others buddies were wondering with permission that we can use this picture and use it as chalk art we arnt going to be in a competition however were going to be in it for fun
