Oh my gosh, that is so cute... Although what kind of hospital makes a mistake like that? Surely they ID'd both patients, right...? Unless... is Rudy's last name also "Gaypardo"?! o_O
Although wouldn't the hospital keep Arace overnight just to make sure? But then again, I suppose this could be just some "creative liberties/artistic license" or whatever. XD
Oh, but I've been meaning to ask for the longest time: how old is Arace? I remember it said his birth date on his license, but it's unclear what year this comic takes place in. Arace could be in his late 20s/early 30s, while Rudy doesn't look much older than his 30s, or possibly early 40s. Unless Arace is meant to look younger than he actually is, that's another weird mistake for the hospital to make.
Lol, I also saw your own alternate comic: I never really cared much for Brendan Fraser. XD

Haha, yeah, it's a bit silly, but then again in the Gaypardo world everything is a bit silly more often than not!
In this one we just make the assumption that the year is the same as our current year, or close to it. Aracê is in his late 30s, whereas Rudi is supposed to be mid 50s, which is hard to tell since most characters have a similar tired look anyway.
Also, to be revealed later, Aracê does not have any ID, as all his possessions were in his backpack, which is still in Alex's car. Rudi never met with the other group, so to him Aracê is just a stranger. They were brought in together to the hospital, also separated from the rest of the group, therefore no one really knows who the cheetah is supposed to be. There's a lot of assumptions being made in the name of comedy!
I appreciate the interest, though! I'm beginning to think the plot is maybe way too open-ended for most people to enjoy. There's a lot of characters to keep track of, and I do know a lot of people are annoyed it is not centered around Aracê specifically. I just think it would get very repetitive, as he has one major trait at the beginning of the plot, being in denial, and if he acts like that constantly, I'm sure people would get bored of it quickly as well. Going forward I'll try to streamline it, especially since now we have half the number of strips we had to work with before!
Love your take on the scene though! I wonder if they also perform divorces on the spot! Pretty sure that wouldn't have been the shortest marriage they ever seen! Poor Rudi, though. There's no love for the old dog from the cheetah! But then again, not sure Aracê is really capable of loving anyone at the moment; lots of conflicting feelings in this tiny heart of his.

Ah, yeah, that makes sense! XD
Really? Arace is that old? He strikes me as being *much* younger, not just in appearance but also in attitude, as well as the fact that he clearly hasn't gotten everything figured out. I would have guessed he was still in his 20s (although for a while, I began to suspect he was 30). But then again, I've seen older people act immaturely anyway, so yeah. XD And yes, it's hard to get anthro characters looking a certain age since they don't age the same way as people do.
Ahhh, that does explain a lot. Okay, thanks! Haha, yeah, in the name of comedy! But I hope Arace finds his stuff soon enough (I can't help but relate to the fear of losing all of one's possessions like that).
Yes, that's a good idea to 'tighten up' the plotline. Right now, the two major issues are:
1. There are too many characters/plots going around and most readers expect Arace to be the focus (which is a fair assumption, since this comic advertises itself as such)
2. Arace has one main shtick, and this being in denial of his sexuality, and that could get boring too quickly
But I think you already had a good dynamic with Arace in Season 1 during the dinner scene: he was mostly there as just a spectator as Robert's marriage and business fell apart thanks to Adam and Alex, popping in at just the right moments either with his own loud mouth or thanks to ditzy Adam dragging him into the conversation. Plus, it's thanks to Arace that Robert is still in the comic (when he insisted to Alex that they bring him with them), so there's that. And none of this had to do with Arace being in denial about himself. So I recommend you try going back to that kind of thing for your cheetah boi. x3
Haha, thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Lol, it wouldn't surprise me if they did! Oh, I'm sure Rudi knows he could find a better husband than Arace. ;D But it's amusing, the low opinion you have of your main character. XD

At this point Katta's pretty much already answered all your questions, so all I'll say is nice custom strip! It got a chuckle out of me, so good work!
I believe the shortest marriage ever was like, 24 seconds or something outrageous like that, so at least they've lasted longer than that! (I think)

Yay Brendon! Lol well done on your custom strip. :)
I feel bad for Rudi but more for Arace the poor cheetah! I do wanna cuddle him right now. I'm glad that Rudi will look after him, this could possibly end up very well for them both, even if it does not end up romantic.
Now my effort: https://tinyurl.com/btey3zn5

:) Hehehe We'll have to see if crazy can out crazy, crazy. I hope sweet Rudi and poor Arace will be okay for a while the poor kitty.
By the way I sent you the inks and replied to your message as well. I'm really honoured and baffled to, but congrats on 100 strips to. I hope the links are useful, if not let me know and I'll try to write out a good description and details of what he's like, I know the character really well by now. :)

Sorry for spamming this page with so many comments, but I went back and reread some strips, and suddenly them mistaking Rudi for Arace's father makes sense: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41434406/ The doctor must have overheard this and assumed.
Also, another interesting thing I realized thanks to this strip: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41107212/ It's finally tomorrow in this world! XD But this also means that Rudi spent the night holding Arace's hand, awwww! Such a good dog. x3

Lol, this is why it's good to reread stories/comics. It's fun catching little details like that! But I like the idea of Rudi adopting Arace, even if it is impractical (and unlikely to happen).
That's a good idea! The quicker pacing might help with the fewer updates.
Btw, this is a little off the subject, but I've been curious for a while about how Arace would interact with Kenneth (after all, he's is the only important character so far who hasn't interacted with the cheetah yet). For some reason, I imagined their interaction being a little bit on the darker side, with Kenneth intimidating Arace.
