simon, the son of kurojaki. he was intended to be raised to lead the cannibal koga's, however he didin't like the idea of eating dog meat. one day, he meet's tegan, the daughter of akame and they both fell in love. each night, they would have secret meetings. however both clans became suspicious. kurojaki sends a spy to investigate and the spy comes back to inform kurojaki of simon's "betrayal'. angered, kurojaki confronts simon and accuses him of betraying the koga clan. simon angrily tells his father that he intends to spend the rest of his life with tegan and that he will leave the koga's to be with her. enraged kurojaki orders the koga's to kill him and eat his flesh, however simon escapes. he meets up with an upset tegan and together, they both decide to leave their old life behind and start a new life elsewhere in japan. during their travels across japan, they have three sons, mitch, sora and viral. they train the three boys to become ninjas like them.
a few years later, they learn of jinnai and kirikaze's deaths at the hands of madara, one of akakabuto's bear army and also learn that his father and most of the koga's have perished. simon has no remorse for his father and the koga's that tried to kill him. they also learn that akame has joined the ohu army.
much later, they soon meet a russian who offered a deal to them. the man's name was nicholai...
