Looks like whatever threat currently facing MegaKat City has captured Deputy Mayor Briggs and ensured that any attempt of escape would be fruitless for the lady.
Despite the horrific decor, their guest's comfort is certainly a priority- hence the snug cocoon they spun just for her as well as their somewhat ill ventured attempt to make sure she wasn't too unhappy. Her captors, I mean 'hosts,' current strategy of tickles on her bare exposed paws seem to be doing the trick so they'll be keeping this up until they get a better idea. Sadly, they aren't very creative so Ms. Briggs will be getting this treatment for quite a while.

Capping off a pretty productive weekend with the piece I ended up working on during the stream on the 27th.
What started as a relatively simple pic featuring fan favorite, Callie Briggs, turned into an excuse to play with features I really don't use as often as I should in Clip Studio Paint.
