Kali, except she ditched her tails and picked up fins somehow! Design was based on the infamous fighting fish, the Betta. Yeah, it's usually the males that have the shiny flashy patterns, but I wanted pretty, damnit. We furries tend to ignore normal rules anyway. Seriously, who puts nine tails on a cat anyway? XD
