As for Bycycle here he is one of the few that Graziel encountered that actally enjoyed some human stuff and wasn't as mistreated or used as experiment for humans. Most likely he found pelasure in the music most of humans produced and find it pleasant to hear and to even learn how to make it itself. But after hearing what humans might get to do to him, he decide to give it more thought and actually go and follow Graziel and his group.

Personality wise while he doesn't hold a grudge on humans he also does not condone the behaviour for his fellow Pokemons especially after hearing the story of Burnity and Frosbity and decided to be like a supportive brother for both of them. While he is well versed in battle and he is trained to use his Pokemon attacks he prefers to be a means of support for the other fellow pokemons and to also play music during the free time they have to lift up the spirits and provide some boost on the morale for them.

He is well evrsed in all msuic types and giving the right sounds he is able to play nice music note for the delight of everyone :D
