Professor Biggs runs Red Willow Academy, which sits looking down on the town which formed around it. While it has classes on general knowledge for most things arcane, it specializes in imbuement, the enchantment of wonderous items. Biggs personal favorite for magical study is the creation of golems and other artificial life. Mayor Reanu would be the prime example of her work.
