Part 5 of my Starfleet uniform timeline.
On the left is the uniform introduced on Starbases in the late 2360s and seeing widespread use by the start of the 2370s- as seen in early seasons of Star Trek: Deep Space 9 and more prominently in the near-entirety of Star Trek: Voyager. On the right is the uniform introduced around 2373 and in use into the early 2380s- as seen in the Next Generation films from Star Trek: First Contact onwards as well as the rest of Deep Space 9. Rank pips are identical to those on the Next Generation uniforms shown earlier (hopefully more visible this time- at least on the Voyager outfit).

In spite of the similar design of these two uniforms, I really like the later ones with the gray shoulders, but I'm not a huge fan of the earlier ones with the color shoulders. I think it's a nice design on paper but something about the way they actually fit the actors doesn't seem very flattering (I'm thinking mainly of the TNG actors wearing them in Generations, since it's been a while since I've watched DS9 or Voyager).
