This is a notice posted on the bulletin board in the lobby of Principal Clayton Wolf's office in the high school which is at the school complex in Estancia, New Mexico, where the coyote cubs; Jed, Rex, Clarence and Donna, along with the neighbor cubs, attend school.
Though school is not yet in session in the month of August, posted notices are part of the preparation for the 1960-1961 school year.

However, the coyote cubs mentioned are still at elementary school level, thus their principal is Monty Wolverine.

IRL, it was sometime in the late 1960s when I actually saw a notice like this posted in the lobby of the principal's office in the middle school I attended...Except of course, that one had human characters.
Back in that day and time, the law of the land viewed abortions as murder, thus a situation like this was dealt with very different from how it is handled now days. Whenever a pregnancy resulted from two teenagers messing around, both the boy and girl were forced to drop out of school, get married and enter the adult world raising their kid with the incomplete education they already have.
