This is a scene of Tash during an inspection of T2 Labs at Mecta Chemical Park, on her homeworld of Orxon. T2 has received numerous safety citations for material handling violations. In this instance, Tash is investigating a release of chlorine trifluoride.
She's somber because, well, neither her boss nor T2 seem too concerned with the leak.

On a personal level, I just love chemical plant design and this came out great.
