This is a good practice drawing, Syl. Even your warmups show that you got a good deal of talent. I like how clear and easy to look the expression this character has, as well as how simply made it is. Her content face gives off warm feeling of contentedness and happiness. Overall it's nice, simple, and well made.

To me it looks like she was just interrupted with her painting and turned to address whomever it was with a smile. She's having a great day, her art is going well, and she's simply full of life and joy to value and to share with others.
