As a Chief in the Navy, I understand why Ronak is listening to Senior Becky. Sailors of all ranks are taught to trust the Chief's Mess cause we have been there and done that. "Ask the Chief," is an actual phrase in the Navy.
Ronak is just being a good sailor and trusting in his Senior Chief. She knows what's best anyways.
