Wulf buys some cheap unidentified potions (Those know what I mean when you need scrolls or something to identify items) to save money during an essential quest to protect Mondstad, despite Diluc's scolding of holding back coins.
As a result of his injury while on the quest, Wulf administers one of the potions to Diluc, who promptly discovers that it has Rule 63-altering effects and now he is mad.
