A number of them really stand out from the crowd, for sure. I think what's more surprising is just how many Hisuian variants and new evolutions there are, and how much the types get switched around -- it genuinely surprised me to learn that the Hisuian Sneasel, rather than being a slight tweak on the usual Ice/Dark combo, is Poison/Fighting.
Plus, there's a couple that genuinely make me laugh.

And yeah, I was surprised to learn of H-Sneasel's and its evolution's typing. Considering it's used for climbing, I was expecting something more like Steel or Rock when I first saw the silhouette. Hope I can get one soon to catch up on whether there's an explanation surrounding the Poison typing

I haven't completed their 'Dex entries yet, but if I had to guess, it's to give them an edge on the Rock- and Ice-type Pokémon that call Mount Coronet home -- when the biggest threat on the slopes is usually a Grass/Ice combo like Abomasnow, having a wide range of ways to take it down is advantageous.
