Old comic project from my IZ days when I joined season 3 of the Blood Sport OC Tournament in 2012 with my character Gif.
The format of my other rounds and entries wouldn't fit here on FA at all, at least not in a readable form. But with this entry I tried to do a regular comic format while experimenting with shading and the like to try save time, It at least fits with the FA format somewhat.

Man the Bloodsports was such a cool community thing wasn't it? You know it's sad that our old IZ community couldn't do one last big send off thing all together. I remember a few years back, I thought what a cool idea it would have been to do an 'End of the Empire' community event. A sort of send off to the series.. I always figured IZ would have ended with the fall of the Irken Empire.
How neat would it have been to have people draw pictures or comics showing what happened to their characters during the fall of the empire?
I for instance would have had the death of Col. Ukengrazer at the hands of Klaus, after he joined the resistence. Vort Station 9 being liberated by the Vortian resistance, Owen and Plink being on a sci-fi Nuremberg trial.. ultimately them being sentenced innocent after the Vortians stationed there like Nex-Kel speaking about the kind a fair treatment they gave them during the occupation.. ect ect.
Would have been cool. Would love to have seen what would happened to Tika & Klik, Zand, all the others.
