Facts:
- He is a member of a reptile like species from another plane of existence, The Ouros, they specialize in psychic abilities and very few can even travel through dimensions like him, even having eyes that allow them to perceive different realities, to them the realm of possibility is so literal.

- He actually used to have two eyes, but a very very long time ago he became sort've obsessed with the idea of being a figure of fear and disorder to lower life forms, so he manipulated his own body, merging his eyes and cutting off his own tail to better resemble an all-knowing being of chaos.

- The Ouros are cold blooded creatures, if there's one weakness that's very evident with Atba it's that he doesn't do too well in cold climates.

- Atba's goal for working for Ruby is to . . . have a little fun, previously he would just go from dimension to dimension, doing as he pleased and twisting it with irreversible damage, destabilizing so many to the point of collapsing on themselves, but he's grown so bored with hastily enjoying himself, in this dimension he's decided to savor every moment, taking his sweet time with ruining lives and watching it eventually burn out on its own. He see's the zodiacs themselves as "mere toys of this realm"

- He's taken quite the interest in Iris, sure they might be two sides of the same coin when it comes to aiding Ruby but . . . something about this eye-stealing feline just . . . intrigues him so, to the point of obsession some would say.

btw that mask looks totally different from how it's supposed to look :U I was taking creative liberties at first and then I was given official design that I had no idea how to replicate, so I just sorta . . . made it easier for myself.
