Here is the second batch of my starter evolutions. As I was already saying with Fuecoco I switched the secondary types around, so Sprigatito would end up as a Grass/Water type. Using cat tails as a part of the design seemed kind of obvious, but integrating actual water or water related themes was otherwise kind of hard and gave me the hardest time. I wanted to generally stay away from normal water lilies, since they are overused. Instead I incorporated a bit of the star shaped pattern the ludwigia sedoides can grow in.
