Decided to study and make concepts of SCP-939. It's appearance was completely based off it's official description with a little of my personal view. First I sketched it as I see it, giving it glowing spikes for some reason, then altered the sketch to obtain more "Canon" version of it. Then proceeded to create the 3D bust sculpt in Nomad Sculpt app. I really disliked the low-poly models I found online, so my version is nothing like those. Instead of seeing them as a weird bull-dogs, I went to a more skinny and reptile-ish representation.
When creating the 3D bust, I had to position every tooth in a way for it to be able to more-less close it's mouth, which caused some troubles with them passing through it's jaws. The other obstacle was the lack of light sources that Nomad gives, I had to play around with only 4 of them and still make it look like one is the flashlight, the other is blue-ish counter-light, and the rest are it's glowing teeth.
I liked this project overall because I really like toothy creatures. SCP-939 is a very interesting concept and it kinda saddens me that people interpret them as red bull-dogs.
