Siberio always turns out excellently in your style so it's wonderful to see another artwork with him and with a scenario that he has a particular liking for. Since it is his birthday he'll need to build up an appetite for plenty of honey and birthday cake, so a good tickling will do just the trick.
I wonder if there are some more of those party hats lying around as with those little fuzzy pompoms they might make for good tickling implements themselves if brushed across and between the toes.
