Meet Natascha, she is the half sister to Anastasia. Her mother was an Arcanine, but her father was an Umbreon. She only knew about her half sister due to her finding a photo of her father standing next to Anastasia's mother, when she was visiting her years ago. (Talk about awkward). She was best friends with Anastasia, and still is, even though they're now related and technically considered sisters. She went to the same high school as Cobalt and company. She currently works for the city's search and rescue department and in the same squad as Cobalt. Extreme speed allows her to keep up with Cobalt, but she lets him handle the tough stuff like moving objects or breaking boulders in half. Her sister is also in the same squad, and they along with Cobalt currently hold the record for over 391 rescues in a month.
She mainly likes nighttime, as she is half Umbreon, meaning her shift doesn't start will late afternoon and ends early morning.
