Kailani is one of the lead inspectors for the city's department of wildlife preservation. She's in charge of inspecting all city ordinances that have to do with any city park, state park, national park, and wildlife refuges. As a result of this, she loves everything outdoors. You will more than likely find her outside in the forest, or mountain trails enjoying the fresh air and great scenic views. She also loves the ocean, so from time to time, you'll find her at the beach with Lexi, either surfing or doing an ecological survey of the marine life. She despises people who litter and don't take care of nature. She is in fact the reason why a major company got sued for its negligent disposal of hazardous waste. The lawsuit was over 3.5 billion dollars in damages, and the company was required to not only remove all the waste, but replant everything in the area, and do a monthly monitor of the area to make sure no lasting harm was done. Because of this, she's become extremely popular with the green movement crowd, however she doesn't support all of their actions. She believes that everything starts with minor changes to lifestyles instead of trying to demand small change. Though when pointed out by Lexi that the lawsuit was a big thing, she just laughs and shrugs it off as if it was nothing. She is currently dating a male shark guy, and well because of that, she's been spending more time doing marine life surveys.
