Story:
Sylvy once again found herself at the split. And without hesitation, she slammed right through a cracked wall that revealed the final path. This path led to, Retrograde. Retrograde was a desolate wasteland, with very little life left. The main threat here was Mother, which is a huge blob of eyes and gunk that would quickly spread around the terrain in order to catch it's prey and swallow it whole. Sylvy had a lot of close calls with Mother almost catching her. But thankfully, she was able to make it to The Machine. The Machine was a huge laboratory that was somehow still functioning. Platforms here were constantly moving up and down and all around, which meant there was very little time to rest. As Sylvy made her way through, she soon noticed that Mother had been here and was slowly taking over, she had to be quick. After a few hours of searching, Sylvy was finally able to locate the last piece of her friend, the heart. It was just sitting there, glowing in the center the room, just waiting to be picked up. She quickly snatched it and held it above her head, excited that she could finally escape the loneliness and make a friend. While celebrating her accomplishment, she noticed that Mother was in the room with her and was quickly approaching. Thankfully, she spotted a nearby warp and hopped in.

Description:
I don't think this one is as good as the Wall of Sorrow drawing, but I'm still proud of it! Mothers eyes were a bit of a pain to draw because of how many there are. Drawing Sylvy holding her tail was also a bit of a pain, but I'm happy with how it turned out!
