So since Debbie's inability to supervise Saffy got the poor mechanic into this mess, the obvious solution here is to have Debbie trying to supervise Saffy again... Yeah Jo, I can't see how this backwards idea could possibly go awry. Definitely understand Cleo's surprise at the idea.

The really question is rather: will Debbie success to watch and babify Saffy correctly?

Hopefully Jo will be supervising (or at least checking in) Debbie to prevent further issues with poor Saffy. I’m super happy to see that Cleo understands consent and would rather Saffy call her Nana Cleo in a better situation later when this all gets fixed.

I can see Jo's rationale. "You can be responsible on your own or you can be responsible when I tell you to." I sincerely hope that Debbie will be supervised as well, if perhaps not as much as Ace will.

I see Debbie earning herself a punishment... Perhaps she will be Cleo's next charge. Jo is too good a leader to allow someone proven to have poor judgment to have free rein, esp with someone vulnerable, and against whom she will have a grudge

Based on how she's dressed, it looks like where Debbie wanted to be involved a date, too... Or maybe just a moneymaking opportunity that involved some of her body parts being.... *ahem* "filled"

We all know it wasn’t Cleo’s fault that she’d have to clean up after Debbie’s mistakes and help Saffy overcome the side effects of the hypnosis. If anything, Debbie should be the one padded and babied in the same room with Ace, her job suspended while she get her punishment for being so irresponsible. Possibly inviting Saffy to assist Cleo once she feels better if only to drive the point home to Debbie.

In case anyone's wondering: pg53 Debbie left Saffy in charge of Warden because of her being the "last one to wake up" (possibly a workplace agreement although believable that she just made it up to go partying).

Normal policy for some places is that a superior should go over the procedure of such things if not being in the room to mitigate and/or prevent possible accidents like what occurred.
