Commander
Glitch Broodmother
Glitch Lawyer
And each part explained as I see it being used.
With the Broodmother class, there can effectively have an emissary in every town running places like inns or taverns, social spaces.
Lawyer type will maybe allow adventurers to do deals or perhaps get hired as backup for the party or assist in negotiations for better quest rewards.
The Commander type would be great in social spaces or in an adventuring party. Rallying party members to push on through or making them see reason such as to retreat. In social spaces though, they could act as a wise shoulder to cry on, get some advice and then get a pep talk to get up and keep going.
The brood might not have the traits that the main boss has but it may be possible that they do.

I just noticed the extra bit at the end, haha.
Druid: As stated, this synergizes really well with the Sakura, Dryad, and Animal Speech choices from before. With cataclysm coming up, she could make things extremely rough for any enemies before they even get close to her.
Broodmother: I love the idea of personal armies and broodmothers, and with the idea of cataclysm and druid working together, she could make her children in a way to take advantage of the extreme terrain.
Cataclysm: If her enemies can't get to her, they can't beat her. With this much control of her surroundings, enemies would already be worn down by the time they reach Jo, if at all.
All-in-all, the Azure palace will become densely packed with danger, increasing up to a point. If her shell is cracked, Jo may be lacking in offensive options, but that's only if they can get past everything that came before.

Lawyer + Colossus + Duelist
Not a fan of the already popular broodmother, but well if colossus won (wich seem a possibility ) it could be interresting combo, bascially we'll have a walking fortress.
Just wondered something , that chould have been posted durign the AMA, but well didn't though of it back then, does Toni and Lucy do play the game from time to time ?

Commander, -Glitch- Broodmother, and -Glitch- Colossus.
Broodmother gives her an army to protect her and tend to her needs, while Commander will allow her to effectively command that army. Depending on how big she gets with Colossus (And how she creates her minions), it stands to reason she could have a substantially larger army or have the minions themselves created at a larger size due to keeping the same size ratio with the broodmother, plus I'd imagine the streamer wouldn't want to get close to any foes due to risk of death so the long-range attacks would probably be the best for her, especially if her minions can tarpit foes and keep them pinned down as she attacks at range. Plus, I imagine the weak spots could be covered up with armor to minimize the risk they'll have on her. Also, if needed, she even just eat her own minions for stat buffs.

" it seems to be illegal for colossi to cover over their weakpoints. Just plain unsporting."
- Celosia and Cenobia are fully armored like freaking tanks withot any openings
- phalanx can choose to close its "claps" that contains his weakpoint
- Kuromori has its weakpoint on his belly and keep huggin the ground/walls
- Argus hold a sword and the handle conveniently protect his palm
Almost half of colossi hiden their weakpoint one way or an other

I'm going full on glitch here, with Colossus as the first choice. While I don't have too much of a practical purpose here, I do believe it would be quite memorable and fun to have this be the second kaiju we got here, and plus, I feel like it would work quite nicely with... Cataclysm, because what better to go with than to have a kaiju, that already can alter the environment somewhat, have that ability turned up to 11. Allowing her to truly get to work on some intense terraforming. And finally, as the others have focused a lot on magic and whatnot, I'd say Monk. The player does want some defensive options at least, and I feel like that due to picking a large creature, Monk would accompany that quite nicely and give her a good advantage within physical combat.
Is there a summary of all the winning choices anywhere? Or at least what won the last round?
I'm thinking Lawyer to allow for dialogue, deals, trades, and temptations without being attacked.
Then for an eventual boss fight, Cataclysm to spawn a whole forest to fight in and twist to become more hellish as the fight goes on. And Commander to use all the deals, allies, and possibly seduced people that the Lawyer and skills gathered.

Witch
Broodmother
Lawyer
This setup makes for a fun "fae queen" build, where other adventurers can try to deal with her for advantages... if they can navigate her faerie court.
Plus, I can totally see the Lawyer + Broodmother blend allowing her to offer the chat contracts to pull them in as minions ;)

In the interest of being able to defend herself, I wanted something to go along with the plant powers. Looks like I'm not the only one to think about this either. The idea of crafting the terrain how you like it, and creating minions to take advantage, is too good. I imagine summoning many plant creatures. Oh yeah, and talking to animals - she can probably make allies with wild creatures very easily now.
Between being able to move earth, and the power to grow tree roots which push things aside, no stone wall is safe from her. >:D Cataclysm has both defensive AND offensive power.
Oh! You might even move the earth that has your plants growing in it for an unexpected trick.
I was really torn between broodmother and lawyer, because using the social stats would be cool, but broodmother druid sounds like so much fun.
Side note (sorry for the long post) I recently got into Overlord, very fun show even if it has some cringy moments with the girls.

Druid, Cataclysm, Broodmother.
I guess her root feet might slow down her movement unless she does not automatically take roots with every step and can control them. But maybe she now can't jump anymore like Saps from Pyre. Maybe she can walk normally, but takes roots everynow and then to draw energy from the ground, or she needs to be connected to the ground to use her environmental powers. Anyway, I don't see her as very agile in a battle. I rather see her as a stationary boss, who instead of fighting the player herself, creates or controls all sort of minions that fight the player for her on the one hand and manipulates the very arena, creating obstacles to keep the players away from herself on the other hand.
Taking a more active roll, she could take roots in one place and then, with her environmental and nature control powers, crack the ground open around her, turning the clod of earth she stands still on into a disconnected island, on which she then moves about the arena somehow. She might summon huge roots that carry the island and herself. Or rock needles that rapidly grow from the ground, catapulting the island from the players reach, landing on another rock needle appearing just in the right place and moment, on which she then sort of balances with the island. Or she makes the island float on streams of lava she turns the ground into. I guess rock needles and lava are not very close to her floral theme, but cataclysm sounds like that part.
I, too, notice the creatures behind her.

Nah, she's rooted to use her powers, thinking she needs some contact- or maybe she doesn't and she can do it regardless?
Her being a big... well, hating to get hit or damaged could be a real fun mechanic and personality trait. She doesn't know how many lives she's got, why risk it when she can send in her minions instead?
