I would wager it is because a magazine is more professional, and the image is touched up and reviewed before getting published. Moreover, it is an image of her, not her in the flesh, so she'd be more removed from it all.
If she was doing wrestling stuff, she is there in the moment, in front of an audience. Rather than a studio with the photograph and very few others.

Stage fright. Photo shoots tend to be very controlled and private environments where as a Wrestling match would be far more noisy and chaotic, with several hundreds or thousands of people there.
A good way to experience this is take a selfie at home, just a normal selfie. Then go out to a bar or sports event and take another one, see how it feels.
