...except a bird doesn't see a difference between surplus and deployed gear :D
More and more the bird ravages, metal bending and creaking in his frenzy
Every piece of military hardware around is finding its way into him, more and more, all those powerful vehicles are ending as just bulges in his boiling stomach.
Everything, to the last piece... until it's all gone
With a massive belch the bird announces the end of his reign of gluttony, being so physically-impossibly stuffed that his stomach has no choice but to feel sated.
He starts slowly drifting asleep, not only from his tiring rampage, but also form his stomach preparing to work down millions uponn millions of tons of metal.
It creaks and sizzles, slowly starting to melt away under the powerful acids, smoothing out the hard edges the objects arepoking through his belly
All the equipment quickly becoming a slurry, the belly roars like a volcano, shrinking and tightening
By the end of the day, not much is left of this mountain other than a building sized pile of scrap, leftover of the most resilient alloys and ceramics, but even they succumb eventually
Now, as the sun rises, it shines on a giant dirt crater where the stomach used to be, now occupied with just a fat plump bird with a belly the size of a watermelon
He smiles into the sun, thinking that this is more than enough insulation for the winter
A commission of a nightingale devouring countless miltiary assets
Sorry for dragging this for too long, but it is finally done and I will open slots in about a week or so
I have to say, I will not be taking commissions of this scale again, not just the size but mainly making the vehicles accurate on most frames
Having specific vehicle models in the drawing will be an extra fee :P
