I find it funny that Zack, ever the jealous boy is really gonna call out his Master for testing the other guy's resolve.
Like yeah no kidding. Dude was really trying to cheat on his boyfriend with someone he barely knew just to get his rocks off, but when it came down to it, he didn't have it in him to push past the idea his boyfriend would be effected by this and backed out immediately when he had to face an image of him.
Frankly, the conjurer did him a big favor.

Not a single character in my comic is perfect :V (well, maybe the Hyena triplets :P) and because of that, not every conflict is meant to have the clear good/bad guy. Zack is jealous, but he's also compassionate towards the jawline guy. At the same time, Lesser likes to be petty, but he was "kind" enough to give mr Jawline a chance to see if he has the guts for the job :V
Master is kind of a deck n i find it annoying how much zach wants to get railed by him but M is just " oh woa is me the how ever old mage that has almost infinite power can do almost anything but is now bored of it all due to how awesome i am " zach can do better
i get he did want to repay Lesser for the help as did provide distraction an get away but it was his lover that risked his own life to try an save him, if he didn't then the whole rescue would not have happened.
If i was jawline guy i would have shown more respect to Lesser in humbling thanking for his part an ask if there was a way to repay him
