While I was using heat to attach the polyurethane foam to the PCL plastic, some of the bottom half of the mouth melted off. It wasn't going to come out the way I planned, so I decided to experiment about it. I cut the whole head into two parts to work on them separately. I'm not sure whether this new idea will work at all, but if it does work, it might even have a posable jaw!
