Backstory:
After a plague washed over his home village, Artemis gave everything to try and safe his wife and child. His wife did not survive, and though he was able to bring Tago to Boschi for medical aid, it was already too late. Artemis could not stand to watch Tago die, and abandoned the child, heading south to Tranquility’s Coast to try to escape his past. Artemis now works as a mercenary bodyguard, devoting himself to protect others like the family he couldn't. Out of shame for his failures, Artemis never shows his face.
